Founded in 1972, Seneca Housing, Inc. is a 501(c)(3) not-for-profit corporation and is treated as a public charity for Federal tax purposes. We administer programs and services to all income eligible participants regardless of race, religion, sexual orientation, education, family size and/or mental capacity.
Our mission is to provide fair and adequate housing for low-income, elderly and distressed persons who are unable to obtain such housing without assistance.
Our Primary Focus:
Our primary focus is to assist residents of Seneca County, NY in obtaining safe, decent and affordable housing. We help our clients to achieve financial self-sufficiency so that they may continue to reap the benefits of long-term, stable housing. We are committed to actively participate in the development and improvement of Seneca County in order to bolster the stability and preservation of our neighborhoods and community.
